ATMOsphere Europe End User Travel Fund

ATMOsphere has a travel fund program available to first-time end users attending ATMOsphere Europe 2019 Conference taking place in Warsaw, Poland on 16-17 October 2019.

The fund will cover flight and accommodation expenses of up to €1,000. The reimbursement will be processed following the conference, based on submission of an expenses claim form and valid expense receipts.

To qualify, the end user participant must:

Be a representative of a supermarket, cold storage operator, consumer good brand or other user of HVAC&R equipment.
Attend up to three 30-minute on-site meetings with our exhibitors and sponsors, arranged by the event organisers. You will not need to miss any conference sessions for these meetings.
Submit receipts no later than 7 days after the end of the conference.
Fill in and submit the online form below with the information of the person participating.
Submit one application per attendee.

Please note that we will send a confirmation email about each application received. Should you not receive a confirmation email for your application from us, please send an email to eda.isaksson [at] shecco.com.

Successful applicants will be notified via email.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

The organizer endeavors to pay all invoices within 30 days from the date the expenses claim form is received.
Travel fund claims must be submitted within 7 days of the end of the conference.
In case of cancellation of the end user’s participation in the event, the organizer will not be responsible for any of the travel expenses.
By submitting this application, you authorize shecco to book up to three 30-minute meetings for you.
By submitting this application, you accept all the terms & conditions outlined in this document.
Reimbursement is conditioned upon the end user participant completing up to three 30-minute scheduled meetings, visiting the exhibition floor, submitting the feedback survey provided by the organizer and electronic travel/hotel receipts following the event.
Qualification for the End User Travel Fund Program is determined solely by shecco and may be revoked at any time.
