Based on the feedback received from the industry over the last few years, shecco has identified the lack of training for natural refrigerants as one of the key barriers to introduction of the technology across different world regions. While a number of organisations already offer training for CO2, ammonia and hydrocarbons, both practical and theoretical, online or offline, there remains a lack of awareness of training availability among different players in the market.
shecco seeks to address this situation through its forthcoming publications. Alongside independent research, the survey aims to investigate the key drivers and future expectations for providers of natural refrigerants training. From the side of training recipients, the survey will examine the elements that organisations are looking for in a natural refrigerants training course, including type of training, topics they are interested in, as well as type of certification they can receive.
The GUIDE Training will also include a GUIDE Training Directory, which will list natural refrigerant training providers per region to aid recipients seeking training in natural refrigerants.

All results will remain anonymous and only aggregated data will be used to outline the current and future situation for training on natural refrigerants.
