With ATMOsphere around the world – Natural Refrigerant solutions for everyone

After successful ATMOsphere workshops on natural refrigerants in Europe, North America and Asia in 2012, shecco is preparing for the increasing demand and is happy to announce 6 ATMOsphere events planned for this year. Taking place in Austria, the US, Thailand, Japan, Belgium and Ukraine, ATMOsphere workshops and side events are becoming truly global for finding the right natural solution for every climate and application in developing and developed countries.

Below, we have listed all upcoming ATMOsphere events for 2013:

UNIDO ATMOsphere Technology Summit – Natural Solutions for developing countries
3-4 June, 2013, Vienna

shecco is proud to announce its first conference organised together with a UN agency.
The main objective of this joint UNIDO ATMOsphere technology summit is to provide end-users and manufacturers from developing countries in the refrigeration and foam sectors with practical solutions for overcoming the challenges faced while introducing natural substances. It aims to showcase challenges and opportunities of natural substances with practical panels and real case studies.

ATMOsphere America – The Business Case for Natural Refrigerants
18-19 June, 2013, Washington DC

After a successful first-annual event held in June 2012, ATMOsphere America Natural Refrigerants Workshop is back for a second edition! The latest technologies, trends and regulatory issues will be discussed at this annual meeting place for industry experts. New features for the 2013 edition will include more networking, more discussions and an ATMOsphere America summary report.

ATMOsphere OEWG33, side event – Policy drivers and examples of Natural Refrigerants around the world
27 June, 2013, Bangkok

The ATMOsphere side event to the UNEP 33rd Meeting of the Open-ended Working Group of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer (OEWG 33).
This ATMOsphere panel discussion gives an industry and policy point of view on Natural Refrigerants. This side event is targeted to the climate negotiators who are looking for technologically viable, safe and efficient alternatives to chemical refrigerants that have to be phased out in the near future.

ATMOsphere Asia 2013 – Technology & Innovation
17-19 September, 2013, Tokyo

This will be shecco’s first-ever Asian ATMOsphere Conference on Natural Refrigerants. Japan has always been a pioneer in this area and now ATMOsphere is coming to Tokyo to help bring Asian technology faster to global markets and international suppliers to Asia. The focus will be on Natural Refrigerant technology and innovation from leading end-users, suppliers, academia and government representatives.

ATMOsphere Europe – Solutions for Europe
October, 2013, Brussels

Already in its fifth year, this interactive workshop and conference on Natural Refrigerants (CO2, ammonia, hydrocarbons, water, air) will be organised in Brussels. The emphasis will be on case studies, experiences, and discussions – meaning solutions – on how natural refrigerants can be viable alternatives to F-gases across Europe.

ATMOsphere MOP25, side event – Update on Natural Refrigerant Solutions
31 October, 2013, Kiev

This ATMOsphere side event will be taking place during the UNEP 24th Meeting of the Parties to the Montreal Protocol (MOP24). It targets ozone and climate negotiators seeking technologically viable, safe and efficient alternatives to HCFCs. This panel discussion provides an update on the latest developments with regards to the EU F-Gas regulation as well as Natural Refrigerant technology trends in Europe and Article developing countries.
