shecco is looking to recruit an experienced Project Officer to identify and manage funding programmes in the field of environmental technologies for shecco and its partners. We are also looking for a young professional to support the Office Manager in the smooth running of the office, and an experienced PHP Web Developer to manage shecco’s exciting IT projects.

To cater for the needs of a rising customer base looking for shecco’s support on how to bring environmentally friendly technologies faster to the market, shecco is asking for applications from individuals motivated to complement its dynamic and international team in Brussels.

Concretely, shecco is advertising three positions:

• Project Officer (Funding): A professional with a strong interest in or ideally an academic or professional background in the automotive and HVAC&R industry. He/she will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the systematic identification of grants and funding sources at the UN, EU and national level. He/she would be familiar with managing the whole application, management and administration process related to the conduct of funded projects, and would be the first point of contact for all involved partners.

• Adminstrative Assistant: To provide efficient and high quality support to the Office Manager and to ensure a smooth running of the office, shecco is looking to recruit an enthusiastic administrative assistant. Tasks will include all-round administrative support in communicating with shecco’s customers, suppliers and stakeholders; supporting the team with the administrative follow up of travel requests, flights and accommodation; organizing and setting up the logistics for meetings; assist in elaborating administrative documents; and providing general support in HR-related activities.

• PHP Web Developer: For its various Business-to-Business online platforms, as well as for new consumer-oriented online campaigns and IT projects, shecco is looking for an experienced person to constantly improve and develop new functionalities, modules and features. He/she will be responsible for leading a team of webmaster and web designer to work on global networking community tools, formulate strategies for web-based interactive concepts and their practical implementation, and integrate multimedia content and Social Media elements. He/she will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all technical aspects related to shecco’s web portals in close coordination with shecco’s webmaster.
