On 13 May, shecco launched a new version of R744.com, the industry portal about CO₂Technology. With a new look & feel, the site now features content and interactive features, to offer “Everything R744”.

Following feedback from the site’s partners and users over the past months, shecco has added value content, interactive services, a more user-friendly navigation and search system, as well as a fresh design to R744.com. Under the tagline “Everything R744”, the revamped website now offers personalised services to its Members who can register from today to capitalise on a wide range of features offered to a growing global CO₂ community.

• Navigation & Search: A new Browser tab system allows for an easy listing of news, products and jobs by application, date or popularity. Moreover, the general website search is complemented by a keyword search linking relevant news articles within one field of interest.
• Design & Layout: The rebranded R744.com uses a more dynamic layout, including a fresh logo and a distinctive colour scheme to both strengthen the identity of its main sections and facilitate the navigation between them.
• Interactive Features: Visitors to R744.com interested in giving input, sharing content, and spreading news can use our Comments box, Social Bookmarking tool, and Email function on every news article to do so.

New content

• Members section: After your FREE registration as an R744.com Member, you have full access to all additional features offered on the website, including a personal profile to upload own files and save relevant products, news, papers, policies or jobs from the website to your own profile page.
• Discussion Forum: A moderated, easy-to-use discussion platform to satisfy the rising information and exchange needs regarding CO₂ as a refrigerant in different applications and world regions. Every registered member is invited to start and participate in discussions covering questions of research, design & production, servicing, markets and legislation regarding R744 Technology.
• Partners section: This space is exclusively dedicated to pioneering organisations driving CO₂ Technology in different markets. A direct request function for the products and services displayed on R744.com enables Members to contact the right persons in no time.
• Jobs: Given the rising market need for CO₂ Technology expertise, R744.com has added a job database to facilitate the exchange between science and industry, thereby creating new opportunities for students, researchers, engineers, technicians, or marketers.

What next?

Over the coming months, R744.com will keep on innovating to launch new exciting features.
